We met with friends in Rome in late August.  While we had only about two and a half days to see all we could, we squeezed in a lot.  The group rented cars at the Rome airport and drove about 2 hours north to Tuscany.  Our destination was Marsiliana, just northeast of Albinia. 

Six couples, long-time friends, had rented our own castle on a hill in Tuscany.
