My main research interests center around studing processes that occur at surfaces and interfaces. These processes may involve aspects of biochemistry, environmental chemistry, food chemistry, or soaps and detergents. Surface/interface science is an interdisciplinary field which draws upon both chemistry and physics for the basic descriptions of what occurs at interfaces. I am always looking for students (including all levels and majors other than chemistry) to work on research projects, if you are interested e-mail me.
