WebElements Periodic Table
This interactive periodic table includes thermodynamic data and crystal structures for the elements
Chemistry WebBook at National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)
This large, well organized site includes thermodynamic data for many organic compounds. There are gas-phase IR and mass spectra for many of the compounds. There are references for all data. The site also has a section entitled "Thermophysical Properties of Fluid Systems", which graphs the thermophysical property of your choice as a function of another thermophysical property of your choice.
The Molecular Science Project
Includes several interactive animations.
IUPAC Compendium of Chemical Terminology
Can't remember the difference between a poise and a peptidoglycan? Look it up here.
Classic Papers from the History of Chemistry, Le Moyne College
This site is maintained by Dr. Carmen Giunta, well known to students of physical chemistry for his problems in Atkins.
The Chemistry Hypermedia Project Chem, Virginia Tech
On-line resources for students, educators, and scientists. Mainly analytical chemistry.
The ChemCollective at Carnegie Mellon University
The ChemCollective produces java applets that illustrate chemical principles.
